Warranty & Returns

All South Cali sunnies are manufactured to the highest possible quality standard. But if for some reason yours seem to have lost their sparkle, we offer a 12 month warranty.

Our warranty covers breakage (due to material defects) and faulty workmanship, but doesn’t cover things that would be considered general wear and tear, for example scratched lenses.

If your sunglasses arrived with a fault, scratch or any sort of damage, please take clear photos and send to info@southcali.com.au with a description of the problem and we will organise to send you out a replacement pair.

If you have simply changed your mind and would like to return or exchange your sunglasses, then follow these steps:

  1. Package them up securely in a cardboard box or bubble wrap. We recommend that you use a shipping service with insurance and tracking to ensure we receive your package (we unfortunately can’t be responsible for it if it gets lost)

  2. Put your name, return address, mobile number, email address, and a copy of your dated purchase receipt in the package

  3. Send your package to:

We’ll let you know once we’ve received the return, and if they are in perfect ‘as new’ condition, we’ll either refund or send you a different pair of your choice. If they are damaged in any way on the return journey we will not provide a replacement or refund.
